Awesome! Can't wait to see it :) don't let the Apple police find you. FOr anyone who quotes me, yes I realize that this probably wasn't stolen property. It's what we call a joke.

Hi Guys & Gals,
I'm going to make the jump to an Intel SSD this weekend to replace my stock 320GB (5400 RPM) Drive in the 2010 Mac Mini.
Those of you that have actually done this, did you find that the Logic Board really needed to be shifted at all? I've been looking at the OWC installation Video and it would seem to me that the drive will lift out over the Logic Board without moving the board at all. It would mean that I would only have to detach the first SATA and two heat connectors. The least amount of connectors I have to pull the better I would assume. Also, I'm thinking that the black vinyl covering wrapped around the 320GB drive is there to protect the moving/electrical drive components on the bottom of the drive, which I would not need on the SSD. I know that I need/should replace the piece of tape to hold the heat sensor wire on the new SSD.
Any help would be great.....:)
2010 Mac Mini (2.4MHz - 8GB RAM Intel 80GB SSD(pending)) Air Port Extreme, 2TB Mini Stack External Dive, 16GB WiFi iPad, 32GB iPhone 3GS.

You also need to look at what environment & how many people are going to access that server.
Small businesses don't need much, obviously larger companies need more. You can see this with the Mac Mini which they sell as a server or the Mac Pro for high usage needs.
I would think large companies need more ram and cores then speed alone.

The power support screen protectors seem to cover edge to edge.
There is a tiny raised lip on the edge of the iphone 4 screen, the power support seems to fit right up to it.

When the Wii first came out, Nintendo shipped the bulk to the US, since it's the single most important market when it comes to gaming, but the Wii would sell out with in a few hours of it being stocked.
There's been a huge demand for the Wii and Nintendo is currently filling the demand of other regions, so they haven't been able to ship as many to the US.
Anyway, check stores like Target or Best Buy on a Sunday morning. They generally get the biggest shipment of Wiis.

Hi guys, wanted to see what people's thoughts are on the iPad 2 Launch in Solihull and if anyone had any news or info.
Far as I'm concerned I'll be there, from previous launches people turned up and queued around 5.30/6 in the morning, from info I got from Touchwood security, on 25th they will be opening the Poplar Entrance (near John Lewis) before any other door due to the problems with too many open at the same time, which in turn caused too much chaos at previous launches.car park queuers will be led to the back of the main entrance line to keep order so personally would be just easier to walk round to secure your space and avoid disappointment.
As normal touchwood don't tend to give much away so I was lucky to get any info at all but it sounded fairly well thoughtout to stop any apple madness happening.
If your going, good luck and share any info as I have and we can all hopefully enjoy a nice new iPad 2 come Friday.

Nice way of telling me it's worth avoiding :D
You read into that what you wanted to hear.
There's nothing to avoid really. It's near the best version of lemmings since the Amiga ones.
Faults are the no mouse support, but in fairness the controller works very well. And 40 levels wont last you forever.
But like I say for 3.50 can you really complain ?
Well as it's you Jimmi - the answer is probably ;) :p :D j/k

How well does the Trim protect your phone? If I dropped my iPhone on a parking lot from about 3 feet do you think it would be ok?
Also, could you tell me which Belkin armband you have?
I think it would help proptect the phone in a 3 foot drop, but I'm not willing to intentially test that for you. I actually use a belikn armband designed for the ipod touch (DualFit) because I already owned it.

first just select the cell you want to format. then click that little arrow that i circled in the image. in the dropdown, just select "numerical system" and you should be good to go. you can add decimal places also in that same menu.

I'm actually looking forward to it. I still have a 3GS and will need a retina display to test my Apps on the high resolution screen. So I can't wait until iPhone 5 arrives.

Worked for me, sent to my gmail email address. I didn't use the form, just hard coded the variables on the email script.
You're a star! I just tested it with my hotmail address and it works but its not going to my other email which it needs to, any ideas?
Its not even landing in the trash...

re-did the DFU mode steps. iTunes came up again and said "iTunes has detected an iPhone in recovery mode. You must restore this iPhone before it can be used with iTunes.
Steps I used just so everyone knows what I am doing.
1- Phone is off already, so no need to power it down.
2- Held Home and Sleep keys for 10 seconds WITH iTunes open, continuing to hold the Home button until iTunes gave me that popup box with the "iTunes has detected..."
3- Hit restore, it attempts to do so, and about 2-3 minutes later it gives me that 1604 error message. When it first starts the restoration process the screen flashes white then an Apple logo appears, and has the circular loading icon at the bottom for about 5 seconds and it powers down again. Then I get that error a few minutes later as i mentioned just before.
It is in DFU mode. The screen is blank, nothing is there.
edit: I even tried the SHIFT, then click Restore button just to try everything once. Same process happens that I mentioned in step 3.
edit2: updating iTunes to the latest version and trying again., same message even with new iTunes and a new computer, new usb port, and even a new usb cable.

Even that link you posted is overpriced. You don't need to look for apple-specific memory, you just need DDR3 1067MHz 204-pin SODIMMs

This is my main concern: If I run a stream from a cable modem or fios provider to the website, and there are let's say 200 people on, wouldn't that pretty much choke the internet connection that's being used for the camera? I was wondering if there's some way to have the stream go to my web host and then maybe have people use their bandwidth. Kind of like streaming to Justin.tv where they act as the middle man so that your bandwidth isn't used up when more than one person is watching the stream.

Yes, I can confirm that it does what you describe in Safari and DPA2 on my computer. But... did you try putting in the type="audio/x-mp3" in the tag? I didn't see that in the source code as it is now.

how did you reinstall you jb packages?
i never tried just updating, i usually do a full restore, the last one i did i wiped everything of my phone and started fresh cus it was a little sluggish and slow, after that is been running nice and smooth
You reinstall JB packages through Cydia (one by one) or by using AptBackup or PkgBackup or some other app like these.
The update simply overwrites the files on your phone but still keeps everything intact like your music, photos, apps etc. The full restore will wipe out everything making you start from scratch.
I just did a full restore to 4.3.2 since mine was sluggish and slow. You can do either or but I always prefer doing a full restore since it clears everything out.
